Ingredients:
- A piece of fresh or thawed tuna (the width of the steak should be at least 2 cm)
- Salt and peppercorns
- Lemon
- Olive and coconut oil
Method of preparation:
1. Grind salt and pepper together in a mortar.
2. Rub the tuna with the mixture.
3. Heat a frying pan well and add a small amount of coconut oil.
4. Fry the steak on both sides for 2 minutes. It is important not to overcook the fish so that it does not lose its signature flavor.
5. Pour the lemon juice and olive oil over the cooked steak.
It is best to serve tuna steak for dinner in combination with your favorite vegetables.

- Sour cream - 200 g
- Flour - 150 g
- Eggs - 2 pcs.
- Baking powder - 1 tsp.

- Sugar

- Boiled eggs
- Greens
- Onions
- Raw potatoes
Method of preparation:
1. Mix sour cream with eggs, and add the remaining ingredients. The dough should be like pancakes.
2. Grease a baking dish with oil and put half of the dough.
3. Put thinly sliced potatoes, add salt, and place on the dough.
4. Put the filling on top and the dough again.
5. Bake at 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes until tender.
