How to cook Adyghe cheese at home: the most budget-friendly option
Adyghe cheese is an ingredient in many gourmet restaurant dishes. It is added to salads, khachapuri, and is also eaten with wine. This product is quite expensive, so it's a great option to make it at home. You only need four ingredients, and the technology is extremely simple.

Ingredients:
- milk - 1 liter (2.5% fat)
- salt - 1 tsp
- 9% vinegar -15 ml
- water - 20 ml
Method of preparation:
1. Mix milk with salt.
2. Heat well but do not boil.
3. Turn off the heat and add vinegar and water.
4. Stir constantly until flakes form.
5. Put a sieve or colander in a saucepan and cover with cheesecloth folded 4 times.
6. Pour the milk mass into the pan for the whey to drain.
7. When the whey has completely drained and the mass has cooled, wrap the edges of the cheesecloth.
8. Put some pressure on top and refrigerate overnight.
