How to cook a spicy summer soup from three ingredients: share the recipe
Soup is an ideal option for a hearty and tasty lunch that can be made from a variety of vegetables, as well as meat and fish. As a rule, all soups are cooked for no more than 30 minutes.
Chef Inna Levenets shared a recipe on Instagram for a delicious summer tomato and garlic soup that is very spicy and flavorful.
You can add seafood to the finished soup, it goes perfectly with tomatoes and garlic!
Ingredients:
- pink tomatoes – 4 pcs
- cream tomatoes – 500 g
- red onion – 1 pc
- garlic – 1 head
- salt, pepper, olive oil
- a sprig of fresh oregano
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the onion into four pieces, and cut off the top "lid" from the garlic head.
2. Arrange the vegetables on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, salt, and pepper, and add oregano.
3. Put the vegetables in the oven for 40 minutes at 120°C.
4. Peel them, put them in a blender, and blend until smooth.
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve the soup with yogurt and seafood!
