If you like classic solyanka soup, you will definitely like this one. It is a Spanish soup with smoked sausage. It turns out to be very rich, thick and flavorful, and thanks to the beans, it is also very satisfying.

Recipe for soup with smoked sausage

Ingredients:

  • potatoes - 400 g
  • semi-smoked sausage - 250 g
  • onion - 180 g
  • carrots - 150 g
  • sweet pepper - 120 g
  • tomato puree - 300 g + tomato paste - 3 tbsp
  • garlic - 15 g
  • salt, pepper
  • paprika
  • oregano
  • hot pepper
  • water - 150 ml
  • beans - 400 g
  • herbs
How to make delicious homemade soup

Method of preparation:

1. Chop the onion and put it in a saucepan with oil. Fry for 2 minutes.

2. Grate or chop the carrots. Add to the onion. Cook for another 2 minutes.

3. Chop the sausage and pepper. Add to the vegetables and cook for a few minutes.

4. Add tomato puree, tomato paste, chopped garlic, and hot pepper. Stir and cook for a few minutes.

5. Cut and add the potatoes. Cover with water and cook for 10-12 minutes.

6. Add beans, salt, pepper, paprika, and oregano. Stir and cook for 10 minutes. Then turn off the heat.

7. Serve with herbs.
