Chicken often turns out tough and dry when cooked. Cooks advise cooking it with vegetables, such as tomatoes and juicy spinach. Cream and spices will add more juiciness to the meat.
The cook shared on Instagram a recipe for a very tasty and juicy chicken fillet with cherry tomatoes and spinach.
Ingredients:
- 2 chicken fillets
- oil, salt, black pepper, dry garlic, paprika, curry
- starch/flour
- 10-15 cherry/cocktail tomatoes
- 1 clove of garlic
- 50 g of spinach
- 200 ml of cream from 15%
- salt, nutmeg
Method of preparation:
1. Make a net on the fillet, salt, and pepper, dip in starch, and fry on both sides.
2. Fry the spinach and cherry tomatoes, add cream, spices and put the meat on top, simmer for 10 minutes.
