How to cook a real French quiche: 2 recipes
If you've been wanting to make an unusual pie for a long time, now is the time to do it. But not just a pie with a filling, but a real quiche – an open pie in which pieces of meat, cheese, fish, vegetables, and even fruit are baked. The dough for quiche is usually not heavy, but light shortcrust or puff pastry.
