How to cook a poached egg correctly

If you suddenly can't imagine your breakfast without eggs, but you're a little bored with scrambled and fried eggs, make poached eggs. This is exactly the way to bring out the bright flavor of the eggs. And if you serve this dish with avocado toast, a hearty and delicious breakfast is guaranteed.

YoungChef has revealed how to cook a perfect poached egg without damaging the yolk. Published on Instagram.

You will need the following ingredients:

  • Eggs - 1 pc.
  • Grape/apple cider vinegar - 2 tbsp
  • Bread - 1 piece
  • Avocado - 1 piece

Method of preparation:

1. Pour water into a saucepan and put it on the stove.

2. Add vinegar and stir.

3. Fry a piece of bread at the same time.

4. Crack the egg into a deep bowl so that the yolk does not burst.

5. Once the water in the saucepan has boiled, reduce the heat to low and wait until the water stops boiling.

6. Gradually pour in the egg. Wait until it is wrapped – about 3-4 minutes.

7. Meanwhile, peel and chop the avocado.

8. Put the egg on a plate.

9. Serve with avocado toast.
