Ingredients:
- Mackerel fillet – 6 pcs
- Lemon – 1 pc
- Onion – 2 pcs
- Coriander – 1 tsp
- Thyme – 5-7 sprigs
- Orange – 1 pc
- Salt, black pepper – a pinch
Method of preparation:
- Wash and gut the fish, be sure to remove the bones to get the fillet.
- Season with salt and pepper, add coriander, and thyme, chop the orange, lemon, and mix thoroughly, leave for 1-2 hours.
- Cut the onion into rings and add to the fish.
- After the time has elapsed, make rolls of mackerel, put them on a skewer, and bake over the fire for 10-15 minutes, constantly turning them over so that the fish is well cooked.
