Ingredients:

  • Mackerel fillet – 6 pcs
  • Lemon – 1 pc
  • Onion – 2 pcs
  • Coriander – 1 tsp
  • Thyme – 5-7 sprigs
  • Orange – 1 pc
  • Salt, black pepper – a pinch

Method of preparation:

  1. Wash and gut the fish, be sure to remove the bones to get the fillet.
  2. Season with salt and pepper, add coriander, and thyme, chop the orange, lemon, and mix thoroughly, leave for 1-2 hours.
  3. Cut the onion into rings and add to the fish.
  4. After the time has elapsed, make rolls of mackerel, put them on a skewer, and bake over the fire for 10-15 minutes, constantly turning them over so that the fish is well cooked.

It is best to eat this kebab hot, with light sauces, baked and fresh vegetables.
