Ingredients:
- Chicken fillet
- Salt
- Pepper
- Dry garlic
- Paprika.
Method of preparation:
1. Place the fillet in a slider bag and beat it well for softness and juiciness inside.
2. Use paper towels to remove any excess moisture from the fillets for a crispy exterior.
3. Mix the spices and sprinkle over the meat.
4. Fry the fillet on a preheated, parchment-lined frying pan. This way, it stays clean and the meat won't burn or lose its juices!
