Ingredients:
- pasta – 200 g
- garlic – 6 cloves
- tomatoes – 2 pieces
- parsley – 1 bunch
- tomato paste – 100 g
- hard cheese – 100 g
- olive oil – 10 ml
- boiling water – 2 tbsp
- cumin
Method of preparation:
1. Chop tomatoes and onions, chop herbs.
2. Put in a frying pan next to each other.
3. Put the tomato paste on the side.
4. Put the spaghetti in the middle.
5. Pour in boiling water. Simmer under the lid for 20 minutes.
6. Add grated cheese and mix.
