Ingredients:
- potatoes – 600 g
- tomatoes – 400 g
- onions – 100 g
- chicken fillet (or other) – 500 g
- salt, spices
- hard cheese – 100 g
- sour cream – 150 g
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the potatoes, tomatoes, and onions into thin slices.
2. Cut the fillet lengthwise, and beat off with the back of a knife. Season with salt and sprinkle with spices.
3. Grate the cheese and mix with sour cream.
4. Put the potatoes in the bottom of the baking dish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and pour over sour cream.
5. Put onion, meat, and tomatoes on top.
6. Put cheese and sour cream.
7. Bake at 180 degrees for 40-50 minutes.
