Breakfast is the main meal, which should always be not only tasty but also satisfying. Experts recommend eating eggs, cottage cheese, and vegetables in the morning, as well as preparing healthy fish and meat sandwiches, muffins, casseroles, and pies.

The FoodOboz editorial team has chosen a great option for a quick and tasty breakfast – a muffin that doesn't need to be baked in the oven. The recipe was published in the Good Food Telegram channel.

Ingredients:

  • eggs – 2 pcs
  • sugar – 120 g
  • flour – 150 g
  • cocoa – 40 g
  • milk – 150 ml
  • butter – 40 g
  • baking soda – 1/3 tsp

For the filling:

  • milk –150 ml
  • chocolate sauce ready – 100 g

Method of preparation:

1. Beat eggs, sugar, and milk.

2. Sift the flour, add the baking soda, and mix well until the batter is smooth and not too thick.

3. Melt the butter in a frying pan and pour in the batter.

4. Be sure to cover and leave on low heat for 10 minutes to allow the top of the dish to cook as well.

5. Then pour the milk over the cupcake and cook for another 5 minutes.

Before serving, pour the finished cupcake with chocolate sauce.
