- black peppercorns - 10 pieces
- garlic - 4 cloves
- horseradish leaf - 1\2 pcs
- dill umbrella - 1 pc
- bay leaves - 4 pcs
- parsley - 2 sprigs
Marinade:
- water - 1.5 liters
- sugar - 200 g
- salt - 1 tbsp
- vinegar - 1 tbsp. l.
Method of preparation:
1. First, prepare the container, wash it thoroughly with soda, and then sterilize it in a way convenient for you. The lid should be boiled in a saucepan for 8-10 minutes (it is better to use those that screw on by themselves).
2. Next, move on to the ingredients. Wash the tomatoes and all the necessary herbs.
3. Put the tomatoes, horseradish leaves, dill umbrellas, parsley, garlic, pepper and bay leaves in a jar.
4. Fill the jar with boiling water, cover and leave for 20 minutes.
5. After the allotted time has passed, drain the water from the jar into a saucepan. Add 1-2 more glasses and put everything on the fire. Add salt and sugar, bring to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes.
6. Add vinegar, stir and remove from heat. Fill the jar immediately with the resulting marinade.
7. Close the jar with a lid, turn the container upside down, cover with something warm, and leave it in this form until it cools completely. You can store the preserves at home. It's ready!
