1. Expiration date

Be sure to look at the expiration date. It should be no more than 3 months, with a maximum of 6. The temperature storage mode should be from minus 10 to minus 18 degrees.

2. Color

Choose dumplings in transparent packaging so you can clearly see their color, which should be white.

3. Shape

They should not resemble one big lump.

4. Filling

You can check its quality right before cooking at home. It should not have a bad odor, jelly-like consistency, cartilage, or a lot of spices.

5. Taste

  2. "B" - the minced meat consists of at least 60% meat.
  3. "C" - less than 40% meat.
  4. "D" - at least 20% meat and not necessarily good one.
  5. "E" - the cheapest dumplings with less than 20% meat.
