1. Wheat flour

This is the most popular and budget-friendly flour used to make bread, buns, cookies, pies, and many other dishes.

It is divided into coarse, premium, first, second, and whole wheat.

2. Whole-wheat flour

It is considered a high grade and makes the perfect dough that comes together quickly. And dishes made with this dough are always fluffy, airy and delicious.

3. High-grade flour

This is the softest, purest and whitest flour, which contains almost no fiber, a lot of fats, vitamins and minerals.

4. First and second grade flour

It is also very soft. Dishes made from it will be successful and tasty.

5. Rye flour
