Avocados are a real hit and can be seen in the diets of many stars and famous bloggers. And usually, if a person eats this product, it means that they are on a diet. But avocados should be consumed regularly with a normal diet because they are very healthy.

1. It contains a very small amount of cholesterol and carbohydrates, so this product is recommended to be consumed even with diabetes.
2. Avocado also helps to strengthen bones, has a positive effect on the condition of hair and skin, and stabilizes the nervous system.
3. This product is high in fiber, which is good for the intestines.
Which avocado to choose and when to eat it
A ripe avocado has a delicate, creamy, and soft texture and a nutty flavor. This product is best suited for breakfast, but it can also be eaten during the day. Avocado with lime and salt on toast with an egg is very tasty.
Ingredients:
- lettuce leaves - 1 pack
- cucumber - 1 pc.
- avocado - 1 pc.
- green onions - 1 bunch
- smoked chicken fillet - 150 g
- hard cheese - 100 g
- boiled eggs - 4-5 pcs.
- salt and pepper to taste
- soy sauce
- lemon juice
- olive oil
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the avocado, cucumber and chicken into strips.
2. Dice the cheese, and grate some on a coarse grater.
3. Divide the boiled eggs into 4 parts.
5. Mix olive oil, soy sauce, and lemon juice in a separate bowl.
6. Mix all ingredients except eggs and grated cheese, season with sauce, add salt and pepper to taste, and place in a large bowl.
7. Garnish the salad with eggs and sprinkle with grated cheese.
