Ingredients:
- coffee – 2 tsp

- water – for 2 cups
- cinnamon – to taste
Important: if you add more coffee, the drink will become bitter.
Method of preparation:
- Pour coffee and sugar into a dry Turk.
- Pour cold but filtered or bottled water that has not been boiled.
- Put the Turk on the lowest heat and stir with a spoon. A foam should form on top.
- Remove the Turk from the heat when the foam has risen from the edges of the Turk and a circle has formed in the center.
- Avoid boiling the coffee.
- For the taste of coffee to be fully revealed, you can add a little regular salt at the end of cooking.

Ingredients:
- instant coffee – 2 tsp
- sugar – 2 tsp
- water – 5 tsp
Method of preparation:
- Mix coffee and sugar in a deep bowl.
- Pour in water at room temperature.
- Beat the ingredients with a mixer or blender at high speed for 3-4 minutes.
- Pour the foam into a cup, add hot milk or water, and stir.
