The temperature for brewing tea ranges from 100-80 degrees. It should not be consumed immediately and not in one sip. After all, the constant consumption of hot (as well as cold) food (liquid) leads to damage to the mucous membrane of the esophagus, which can lead to the formation of tumors. Tea that is too hot stimulates the throat, esophagus, and stomach, and can also burn the mucous membrane of the mouth, which will not allow you to fully enjoy the wonderful taste of tea. The best time to drink tea
