How to best bring out the flavor of sweet potatoes: an easy recipe
Sweet potatoes can rightly be called a versatile vegetable. Bake, fry, boil, or combine it with other dishes – whatever your heart desires. But the most important thing is that each of them reveals the sweet potato in a completely different way.
Few people know, but you can even make muffins with sweet potatoes. It's an unusual but at the same time extremely tasty combination that you'll want to make more than once.

Muffins with sweet potato and cheese

The following ingredients will be needed for cooking:
- Sweet potato – 300 g
- Onion – 0.5 pcs
- Eggs – 3 pcs
- Hard cheese – 50 g
- Rice flour – 125 g
- Chia/sesame seeds – 1 tbsp
- Spices
Method of preparation:
1. Grate the sweet potato and cheese on a coarse grater.

2. Finely dice the onion.
3. Combine the two ingredients. Add eggs, flour and spices.
4. Put the mixture into the molds. Bake in the oven until tender.
Put the batter into the muffin tins and bake the muffins until done
Before serving, sprinkle with chia seeds or sesame seeds, or pour over your favorite sauce.
