How to bake zucchini deliciously: a variant of a seasonal healthy dish
If you're a health-conscious person, baking zucchini is the way to go. The vegetable is very juicy and not at all greasy. And if you add some simple ingredients, you get a complete dish.
The idea of cooking baked zucchini was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Lilya (cooking_lilya).
Ingredients:
- zucchini - 1-2 pcs.
- eggs - 2-3 pcs.
- flour - 100-150 g
- garlic - 3-4 cloves
- sour cream - 150 g
- tomatoes - 2 pcs.
- hard cheese - 150 g
- oil for frying
- salt, pepper, herbs - to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the zucchini into wide rings. Salt on both sides. Add a little milk to the eggs and beat.
2. Heat a frying pan with oil.
3. Dip the zucchini in flour and then in the egg and fry on both sides.
4. Prepare the sauce: mix sour cream with herbs, grated garlic, and pepper.
5. Dice the tomatoes.
6. Put the fried zucchini on a baking sheet, brush with the sauce, add the tomatoes, and sprinkle with grated cheese.
7. Bake in a preheated oven at 190 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
