How to bake whole cauliflower: an idea for a quick lunch
Cauliflower is a delicious, versatile vegetable that is an ingredient in many dishes: soups, casseroles, and even cutlets. On its own, this product has a rather neutral taste. But if you add spice sauce and bake it, you get a hearty and healthy lunch.
The idea of cooking baked cauliflower was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Halyna (cooking_with_gala).
Ingredients:
- cauliflower - 1 head
Ingredients for the marinade:
- olive oil - 70 ml
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- black pepper - 1/8 tsp
- red pepper - 1/8 tsp.
- granulated garlic - 1/2 tsp.
- smoked paprika - 1 tsp.
- oregano - 1 tsp.
- breadcrumbs - 30 g
Method of preparation:
1. Wash the cabbage, peel it, pour boiling water over it, add 1 tsp of salt and cook for 10 minutes from the moment of boiling.
2. Remove the cabbage, put it on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper.
3. Combine all the marinade ingredients and grease the cabbage, sprinkling with breadcrumbs on top.
4. Bake at 220 degrees for 15 minutes.
5. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan before serving.
