How to bake soft drumsticks with a crispy crust: we tell you what to marinate in
If you want to prepare a delicious and satisfying meal for lunch or dinner, choose chicken meat. To make the meat tender and juicy, it is important to marinate it well. Soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, and spices are ideal for this purpose.
Cook Anna shared on Instagram a recipe for delicious, baked chicken drumsticks that will turn out crispy.
Ingredients:
- Shanks – 1 kg
Marinade:
- paprika – 1 tsp
- curry – 1/2 tsp
- salt – 1/3 tsp
- soy sauce – 2 tbsp
- oil – 2-3 tbsp
- unagi or teriyaki sauce – 2.5 tbsp
- garlic – 2 cloves
Method of preparation:
1. Wash the shins, and dry them with a paper towel.
2. Add the spices, soy sauce and unagi, garlic to the drumsticks, mix well, and leave to marinate for 30 minutes to several hours in the refrigerator.
3. Put the drumsticks in a baking dish and bake until tender!
