Ingredients:
- potatoes
- bacon
- garlic – 5 cloves
- vegetable oil – 5 tbsp
- salt/pepper
- herbs
- sour cream
Method of preparation:
1. Wash and chop the potatoes very well.
2. Boil until half cooked.
3. Then put raw bacon in each slit.
4. Then pour the sauce (combine chopped garlic, salt, pepper and oil).
5. Wrap the potatoes in foil and put them in a preheated 180-degree oven for 15 minutes.
6. Remove the foil and bake for another 7-10 minutes.
