How to bake potatoes in slices: they are very crispy and flavorful
This technology of cooking potatoes can be called the most versatile. Cut the vegetable into slices. This allows the slices to bake very quickly, and shallow cuts will help to create a crispy crust. You can eat them with your hands, dipping them in the sauce.
The idea of making baked potatoes in slices was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Iryna Dimitrova.
Ingredients:
- 3-4 potatoes
- 3-4 tbsp of oil
- 1 tsp of salt (without a slide)
- pepper, Italian herbs
- 0.5 tsp of paprika
Method of preparation:
1. Wash the potatoes and cut them into slices 8 to 10 millimeters thick.
2. Make cuts, but not too deep, about 3 mm, so that the potatoes do not fall apart.
3. Add salt, pepper, and spices to the oil and stir.
4. Pour the oil and spices over the potatoes, mix, spread in 1 layer, and bake at 180 to 200 degrees until golden brown.
