Ingredients:

- potatoes

- tomatoes

- hard cheese

Method of preparation:
1. Cut meat, onions, carrots and mushrooms and fry until light golden brown.
2. Peel the onion and cut into cubes.
3. Cut pepper and tomatoes randomly.
4. Put all the prepared ingredient in pots in portions.
5. Season with salt, add your favorite spices and one bay leaf.
6. Pour a little water into the pan in which the meat was fried and fill the pots with the resulting broth.
7. Put the pots in a preheated 180-degree oven and bake for 1.5-2 hours.
8. At the end of cooking, sprinkle the potatoes with grated cheese.
