In almost every family, baked pork is a traditional festive dish. But it often turns out to be overdried and bland. Therefore, it is worth changing the cooking technology and using a few useful life hacks to make the dish taste amazing to all guests.

The idea was published on _mir_salatov 's Instagram page. The peculiarity of this recipe is that the meat should be left in spicy water overnight. This makes it very juicy, flavorful, and tender.

Ingredients:

  • pork (one piece) - 700-800 g
  • salt - 2-3 tsp
  • black pepper - to taste
  • spices - to taste
  • garlic - 2-3 cloves
  • water - 1 liter
  • bay leaf - 2 pcs.

Method of preparation:

1. Boil water, and add salt, pepper, bay leaf, and spices to taste.

2. Cool the water and put a piece of meat in it. It should be completely covered with liquid. Cover with foil or a lid and refrigerate overnight.

3. Take out the meat, dry it, season with a little salt and pepper, rub it with spices, make cuts, and put in the garlic slices.

4. Bake the meat in the baking sleeve at 210 degrees for 1 hour.

5. To brown the pork, cut the sleeve at the end of cooking.
