Ingredients:
Dough for buns:
- flour - 250 g
- water - 100 ml
- oil - 40 g
- baking powder - 8 g
- sugar - 50 g
- salt - a pinch
Filling:
- poppy seeds - 100 g
- walnuts - 100 g
- sugar - 120 g
Method of preparation:
- Combine the water, sugar, salt and oil in a bowl.
- Sift the flour and add it to the bowl with the baking powder, mix well and knead the dough.
- Cover the dough with cling film and leave it for 30 minutes at room temperature.
- Filling: soak the poppy seeds in warm water and leave them for 30 minutes, then drain them.
- Roast the nuts well and combine them with the poppy seeds, put them in a blender and whisk until smooth.
- Roll out the finished dough well, put the filling and roll it into a roll, cut into 3 cm thick bars.
- Put them on a baking sheet with parchment and bake at 180 C for about 20 minutes.

- To make the dough flavorful and airy, add milk, butter and eggs to the dough;
- to make the dough soft and homogeneous, knead it several times after it rises due to the yeast;
- Most importantly, all products should be at room temperature.
Ingredients:
- Flour - 3 cups
- Eggs - 3 pcs.
- Butter - 50 g
- Sugar - 1.5 tbsp
- Milk (2.5%) - 150 ml
- Dry yeast (0.5 sachets of 11 g) - 5-6 g
- Milk, egg - for lubrication
- Salt - a pinch
Method of preparation:
- Sift 3 cups of flour, put 2 cups in a large bowl, add dry yeast, sugar, salt and use a fork to mix the dry ingredients until smooth.
- Separate the yolks from the whites.
- In a separate bowl, combine the milk and three egg yolks, softened butter.
- Mix everything well and knead the dough, let it rest for about 40-45 minutes, cover it with a towel to let it rise.
- Then add the flour to the dough, knead and cover again with a towel and leave for 30-40 minutes.
- After the time has elapsed, shape the buns with your hands (make them into a ball shape), transfer them to the mold, let them stand again for 30-40 minutes, and send them to bake for 30 minutes at 180 C.
