How to bake new potatoes deliciously in the oven: golden and crispy
New potatoes are most often boiled and then served with butter and dill. But if you bake this vegetable in the oven, it will be even tastier. The potatoes will be crispy and golden brown.

Ingredients:
- new boiled potatoes
- Parmesan cheese - 200-300 g
- butter
- hard cheese - 200-300 g
- melted butter
- Greek yogurt - 300 g
- dill
- juice of a quarter of a lemon
- garlic 2-3 cloves
- salt and pepper

1. Peel and boil the new potatoes until almost tender.
2. Cover a baking sheet with parchment and grease with oil.
3. Grate the cheese and sprinkle it on the parchment.

4. Put the halved potatoes on top.
5. Spread melted butter on top of the potatoes.

6. Put in a preheated oven for 20 minutes at 200 degrees.
7. To prepare the sauce, mix Greek yogurt, lemon juice, dill, garlic and spices - mix until smooth.
