How to bake mackerel deliciously: the easiest recipe for a tasty and healthy dish
Mackerel can be baked very deliciously with vegetables and spices. It can also be stewed with sauces and simply baked on the grill.
The cook shared on Instagram a recipe for a very tasty mackerel with a delicate sauce of roasted vegetables, with cream.
Ingredients:
- Mackerel 1 pc.
- Tomato 2-3 pcs.
- Onion 1 pc.
- Garlic 3-4 cloves.
- Thyme 1 sprig
- Dried chili 1/2 tsp
- Cream 30%+ 100 ml
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Capers 3-4 pcs.
- Anchovy fillet 2 pcs.
Method of preparation:
1. Bake the vegetables in the oven for 20 minutes at 200 C.
2. Cut the mackerel into fillets, cut off the rib bones and remove the strip of backbone with tweezers. Sprinkle the fillets with salt, pepper and dried chili, brush the skin side with oil and bake for 20 minutes at 180C skin side up.
3. Transfer the roasted vegetables to a blender, blend, add the cream and to make the sauce smooth, pass it through a sieve and add the capers and anchovies to the finished sauce.
Pour the sauce over the finished fish!
