How to bake mackerel deliciously for lunch: the fish just melts in your mouth
Instead of chops or cutlets, it will be much healthier to cook baked fish for lunch. Mackerel is ideal for this purpose. It goes well with a variety of vegetables and cheese.
The idea of cooking mackerel with vegetables for lunch was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Yulia Fedorenko (fedorenko pp). The dish is very nutritious and juicy.
Ingredients:
- mackerel - 200 g
- onion - 50 g
- pepper or mushrooms or tomatoes - 100 g
- sour cream - 50 g
- lemon juice
- mustard
- salt, suneli hops
- cheese - 30 g
Method of preparation:
1. Separate the mackerel from the bones and salt.
2. Fry the onion and pepper in a dry frying pan.
3. Mix sour cream, lemon juice and mustard.
4. Add salt and spices.
5. Grate the cheese into the sour cream and add the vegetables.
6. Put the mackerel on the parchment, top with the vegetable coat.
7. Put in the oven for 20-30 minutes at 180 degrees.
