Hake is a budget-friendly, healthy, and quick fish to cook. Many people think that it is a bit dry, but you can add vegetables and sauce to bake it. Baked hake with vegetables is very juicy and tender.
The recipe for baked hake with vegetables was published in one of the culinary blogs (vika_tasty) on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- hake – 3 pcs
- tomatoes – 2 pcs
- garlic – 2 cloves
- hard cheese – 50 g
- dill
- green onions
- sour cream – 2 tbsp
Method of preparation:
1. Wash and dice the tomatoes.
Important: tomatoes can be replaced with tomato paste.
2. Chop the garlic and herbs, grate the cheese.
3. Mix tomatoes, cheese, garlic, herbs, sour cream, salt and pepper. Mix well.
4. Wash and clean the fish inside. Put it on a baking sheet.
5. Put the sauce and vegetables on the fish.
6. Bake in a preheated 180-degree oven for 20-25 minutes.
