How to bake fish to keep it healthy: an easy way

Fish can be cooked in a variety of ways. But each of them has its peculiarities – due to various heat treatments, the product does not always retain its beneficial properties. The best option is baking – the dish is nutritious and goes well with any side dish.
Food blogger ya_xudnu shared how to bake mackerel in a tasty and healthy way on her Instagram page. The fish turns out to be spicy and completely low-fat. It is ideal for a hearty lunch or dinner.
Ingredients:
- raw boneless mackerel – 965 g (these are three fully cleaned fish)
- common salt – 8 g
- dry garlic – 9 g
- ground black pepper – 2 g
- ground white pepper – 2 g
- ground paprika – 2 g
- dry stevia – 4 g
- lemon juice – 10 g
- fresh dill – 20 g
- fresh cilantro – 20 g
- dry bay leaf – 2 g
- dry thyme – 2 g
Method of preparation:
- Remove all the bones from the fish.
- Mix spices: salt, garlic, two peppers, paprika and stevia.
- Sprinkle this mixture on all sides of the mackerel.
- Sprinkle lemon juice over the entire surface.
- Put the halves together, inside out, and put fresh herbs between them.
- Tie with thread.
- Put the fish on a baking sheet with thyme and bay leaves.
- Put in the oven on low heat for one hour.
- Remove the thread and cut it into portions.
