Fish is an essential product that should be in everyone's diet. It is worth noting that fish is best eaten baked.

The cook shared a recipe for delicious baked fish with spicy sauce and lemon on Instagram.

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • fish - 2 pcs.

Method of preparation:

1. Make cuts on the fish.

2. Brush with a mixture of oil and spices.

3. Put the sliced lemon in the cuts.

4. Bake the fish for 40 minutes at 180 C.
