Ingredients:
- eggplant - 2 pcs.
- minced meat - 500 g
- onion - 1 pc.
- tomato paste - 150 g
- cheese - 200 g
- salt, pepper, sugar, Provence herbs
Method of preparation:
Slice eggplants.

1. Cut the eggplant into 5 mm slices.
2. Add oil, salt and bake at 200 degrees in grill mode for 10 minutes.
