How to bake crispy potatoes: an easy recipe
This way you can cook both young potatoes and older ones. It takes as little time as possible, and the process is extremely simple. The dish is very crispy and goes perfectly with any meat.

Method of cooking potatoes:
1. Wash and chop the potatoes.
2. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
2. Bring water to a boil in a large saucepan and cook the potatoes for 3-4 minutes.
3. Drain in a colander.
4. Mix salt, black pepper, paprika powder, chili powder, dried onion, 1-2 squeezed cloves of garlic and vegetable oil in a small bowl.
5. Mix everything well.
6. Add the potatoes to another bowl, pour the oil with spices over, and mix so that each piece of potato is covered.
7. Cover the baking sheet with foil or parchment, put the potatoes in a single layer and roast in the oven until golden brown (7-12 minutes, depending on the thickness of the pieces).
8. Sprinkle with fresh dill and green onions.
