How to bake cold boiled pork in an oven bag: better than any sausage
Most people can't imagine a festive table without cold meat plate, namely sausage. If you think that this product is irreplaceable and has no alternative, you are wrong. Try cooking cold boiled pork, it's much tastier and more satisfying.
Food blogger Maryna Novikova (marisha_recepti) shared her recipe for tasty and juicy baked cold boiled pork with spices on her Instagram page.
Ingredients:
- pork tenderloin - 1,500 g
- water - 1,500 ml
- salt - 4 tsp
- peppercorns - 1,5 tsp.
- bay leaves - 2 pcs.
- spices: paprika, basil, ground black pepper
Method of preparation:
1. First, you need to prepare the marinade for the meat. Add salt, pepper and bay leaves to water. Bring to a boil and cool.
2. Dip the tenderloin in the marinade and leave to in the refrigerator for 4 hours.
3. Combine all the spices. Stir.
4. Dry the meat with a paper towel. Salt and brush with vegetable oil.
5. Rub in spices. Put it in an oven bag.
6. Bake at 190 degrees for 60-70 minutes.
