Ingredients:

• chicken - 1.5-2 kg
• lemon - 0.5 pcs
• garlic - 2 cloves
• honey - 2 tbsp
• mustard - 2 tbsp
• thyme - a sprig
• coriander - 1 tsp
• curry - 1 tsp
• paprika - 1 tsp
• ground black pepper - to taste
• salt - 1 tbsp

Method of preparation:

1. Before baking the chicken, you need to prepare it. Rinse it and put it in a deep dish.
