To make your lunch hearty and balanced, you can cook baked chicken. However, such meat often turns out to be dry. To avoid this, use the following cooking technique.

The idea of making juicy baked chicken with cheese and vegetables for lunch is published on the fasting marafon Instagram page. It can be served with a salad.

Ingredients:

  • chicken fillet - 1 pc.
  • tomatoes - 1 pc.
  • potatoes - 1 pc.
  • onion - 1 pc.
  • sour cream - 2 tbsp.
  • hard cheese - 120 g.
  • salt, seasoning for chicken, herbs - to taste.

Method of preparation:

1. Cut the meat into slices.

2. Season with salt and spices.

3. Leave to marinate for an hour.

4. Finely chop the onion and fry.

5. Grate the potatoes on a grater.

6. Cut the tomatoes into small cubes.

7. Mix tomatoes, potatoes, fried onions, sour cream, salt and herbs.

8. Put the meat in the baking dish, top with the filling and sprinkle with grated cheese.

9. Bake at 190 degrees for 25 minutes.

10. Serve with your favorite side dish.
