How to bake champignons in mayonnaise deliciously: a successful and quick recipe

Champignons are ideal mushrooms for marinating, preparing appetizers, garnishing, and baking. To prevent baked champignons from being too dry, it is advised to marinate them beforehand. The simplest version of the marinade is plain mayonnaise with spices.

Ingredients:

  • mushrooms
  • mayonnaise
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • oregano

Method of preparation:

1. Wash and clean the mushrooms.

2. Add mayonnaise, salt, oregano, and pepper to the mushrooms. Mix thoroughly by hand. Leave the mushrooms to marinate for 20-30 minutes.

3. Put the marinated mushrooms on a baking sheet covered with foil.

4. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 50-55 minutes.
