How to bake cauliflower deliciously: a quick and easy option for a budget dish

Cauliflower is a versatile vegetable that can be found in stores at any time of the year. And the best way to prepare this ingredient is to bake it. The dish will taste as good as meat and will not affect your figure in any way.

The idea of cooking baked cauliflower was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Anna (anny.cooking).

Ingredients:

  • cauliflower - 1 pc.
  • oil (olive, sunflower) - 70 ml
  • salt - 1/3 tsp
  • black pepper - 1/4 tsp.
  • oregano - 1 tsp.
  • paprika - 1 tsp.
  • garlic - 3 cloves
  • Parmesan cheese - 30 g
  • a little breadcrumbs
  • sour cream for serving

Method of preparation:

1. Peel the cabbage, cut off the leg, and cook in boiling salted water for 10 minutes

2. Mix oil, salt, pepper, oregano, grated garlic and paprika.

3. Put the cabbage in the mold.

4. Coat with spices and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.

5. Bake for 20 minutes at 220 degrees.

6. Sprinkle the cooked cabbage with grated Parmesan cheese on top and serve with sour cream.
