Recently, an interesting new technology for making bread has emerged on social media – up your sleeve. The pastries are very fluffy, crispy, and flavorful. This method is much simpler than the traditional one and takes much less time. Just a few basic manipulations and you will get a great homemade alternative to store-bought bread.

Ingredients:

  • warm water - 400 ml
  • dry yeast - 7 g or raw yeast - 25 g
  • sugar - 1.5 tsp
  • salt - 2 tsp.
  • vegetable oil - 3 tbsp.
  • whole wheat flour - 300 g
  • seeds
  • sesame seeds

Method of preparation:

1. Add yeast, sugar, salt, and vegetable oil to the water, and stir everything.

2. Cover with a towel, and leave for 15 minutes.

3. Gradually add flour. The amount of flour can be adjusted.

4. Knead the dough and leave it under a towel for 1 hour in a warm place. You can also use a bowl of hot water.

5. Put the mass on baking paper.

6. Grease your hands with oil and knead the dough well. Add the seeds and sesame seeds.

7. Form a loaf of bread on paper, and leave for 30 minutes.
