Ingredients:
- bell peppers - 14 pcs.
- tomatoes - 8 pcs.
- onions - 2 pcs.
- garlic - 3 cloves
- sugar
- bay leaves
- salt, pepper
Method of preparation:
1. Pre-bake peppers in the oven or fry in a pan. Peel them.
2. Cut onion into half rings and fry for 1-2 minutes. It should be crispy.
3. Grate tomatoes or grind them in a meat grinder. Add to the fried onions, bring to a boil and remove from heat.
4. Add salt, sugar and spices to the hot sauce. Let cool, and then add squeezed garlic.
5. Pour the sauce over the fried peppers and let it stand for a while. Eat the peppers cold, dipping flavorful bread in the sauce.
