How to bake apples deliciously: an idea for a seasonal autumn dessert

Recipe for baked apples

Ingredients:
- apples - 5-6 pcs.
- cottage cheese - 200 g
- vanilla sugar - 1 tsp
- spices (cinnamon, ginger) - to taste
- walnuts / raisins / dried apricots and other dried fruits to taste

Method of preparation:
1. Wash the apples well and cut out the core (bones and fibers) from them, but do not cut to the outside so that the filling does not fall out.

2. Pour boiling water over raisins and other dried fruits for 5-10 minutes.
