Food blogger Yulia Senych shared a recipe for her favorite autumnal dish on Instagram. It was a baked whole pumpkin with a salty filling. This idea is quite original and will definitely appeal to everyone.
Ingredients
- Medium pumpkin - 1 pc
- Potatoes - 2 pcs
- Pork - 200 gr
- Pepper - 1 pc
- Carrots - 2 pcs
- Onion - 1 pc
- Pumpkin insides - 50 g
- Butter or oil for frying and lubricating the pumpkin
- Mushrooms - 100 gr
- Favorite spices
Method of preparation
1. Rinse the pumpkin, cut off the cap, and peel the seeds. Leave the cap on, we'll need it later.
2. Fry the onions and carrots until golden brown. Add chopped meat, potatoes, and peppers. Season and salt to taste.
3. At the end of cooking, add the mushrooms and cook until almost tender.
4. Grease the pumpkin inside with oil.
5. Put the filling in, cover with a lid, and put it in the oven preheated to 200 degrees for an hour.
6. At the end of cooking, sprinkle with cheese and send for another 10 minutes.
