How much water to add to rice so that it does not stick together: useful tips
Rice is a valuable and tasty product that can be boiled, fried, and added to cutlets and risotto. You can also make milk cereals, soups, and sushi. But very often rice does not turn out loose, burns and turns out undercooked, for a number of reasons.

How much water to add to different types of rice:
steamed - 1: 2;
long-grain - 1: 1.5-2
medium-grained- 1: 2-2.5
round 1: 2.5-3
steamed - 1: 2
brown - 1: 2.5-3
wild - 1: 3.5
Cooking time for different types of rice:
white - 20 minutes
steamed - 30 minutes
brown - 40 minutes
wild - 40-60 minutes
In a pot
Rinse rice well with cold water, put it in a saucepan and cover with the required amount of water. Be sure to add a little oil. Bring the rice to a boil, reduce the heat and cook for 20 minutes. Then cover and leave for another 10-15 minutes.
In a multicooker
Rinse rice, put in a bowl, add spices and water or broth, and turn on the multicooker to the desired mode. The dish will be very soft, tasty and loose.
In a pan
Wash rice. Heat oil in a frying pan, add the washed and dried rice, and fry it for 1-2 minutes. Be sure to stir it to prevent it from burning. Then add water, reduce the heat and cook for 20 minutes. Then cover, reduce the heat and simmer for another 15 minutes.
