Homemade cottage cheese casserole is the best tea treat that can be prepared without flour so that it is light and airy. You can add berries, fruits, and dried fruits for a brighter flavor.

Cook Olena shared a recipe for a delicious cottage cheese casserole with pears, which turns out to be very tender, on Instagram.

Tip: to make the casserole fluffy and light, add only 2 eggs to the base!

Ingredients:

  • cottage cheese - 360 g
  • eggs - 2 pcs.
  • sugar - 2 tbsp
  • flour - 1 tbsp
  • pear - 1 pc.

Method of preparation:

1. Mix cottage cheese, sugar, eggs and flour. Beat with an immersion blender until smooth.

2. Cut the pears into slices.

3. Pour the base into the mold and garnish with sliced pear. Bake at 180 C for 25 minutes.
