How many eggs to add to pancakes so that they do not tear: a simple tip
Pancakes are a dish that almost everyone loves. They can be made with different dough and with different fillings. The most important thing is to make the dough correctly, so that it is lump-free, not too liquid, but not clogged with flour, otherwise the pancakes will turn out tasteless.
Cook Anna shared a recipe for delicious pancakes that don't tear on Instagram: the dough requires only two eggs.
Tips:
To prevent the dough from tearing, add warm milk and oil to it. And to make them a beautiful golden color, add pumpkin puree or a pinch of turmeric to the dough. And most importantly, add only two eggs, they will give the dough homogeneity and the pancakes will not tear!
Ingredients:
- eggs - 2 pcs.
- sugar - 1 tbsp.
- salt - 1/3 tsp.
- cinnamon - 1/2 tsp.
- liquid vanilla - 1 tsp.
- flour with a slide - 4 tbsp. l
- baking powder - 1/2 tsp.
- oil - 3 tbsp.
- warm milk - 350 ml
- pumpkin puree - 200 g
Method of preparation:
1. Pre-bake the pumpkin, whip the flesh with a blender into a puree.
2. Beat eggs with sugar, add pumpkin puree, cinnamon and vanilla.
3. Heat the milk, but do not boil.
4. Pour flour and baking powder into the egg mixture, mix again and pour in a little milk, kneading a liquid, delicate dough, add oil at the end, and mix.
5. For the first frying, grease a frying pan with a drop of oil and wipe it with a napkin. Pour a little batter and fry the pancakes.
Flavorful pancakes can be served with cottage cheese filling, yogurt, jam, condensed milk!
