Cutlets are a very satisfying and tasty meat dish based on minced meat, spices, eggs, and bread. To prevent the cutlets from falling apart, only 1 egg should be added to the minced meat.

Cook Anna shared a recipe for delicious cutlets on Instagram, which will be juicy if you add grated carrots.

Ingredients:

  • minced chicken - 500 g
  • loaf - 1/4 pc.
  • carrot - 1 pc.
  • egg - 1 pc.
  • onion - 1 pc.
  • garlic - 2-3 cloves.
  • salt, pepper, oregano - to taste
  • oil for frying

Method of preparation:

1. Pour water over the bread, leave it and squeeze out the water.

2. Grate the carrots on a fine grater.

3. Blend the onion with the garlic in a blender.

4. In a bowl, combine the minced meat, bread, carrots, onions, garlic, egg, salt and pepper to taste and add oregano.

5. Form patties with wet hands and fry in vegetable oil on both sides.
