How long to fry chops to make them soft and juicy: tips and recipe

Chops are one of the simplest, tastiest, and most satisfying meat dishes that can be made from different meats, liver, and even mushrooms and in different breadings. But very often it is chops that turn out tough and overcooked if they are cooked incorrectly.

Cook Alina Foodie shared a recipe for delicious chops on Instagram and explained how long to fry the chops to make them soft but well-done.

Tip: Fry pork chops for 3-4 minutes on each side.

Ingredients:

  • Meat – 600-700 g
  • Egg – 3-4 pcs.
  • Salt, ground black pepper – to taste
  • Flour  1-2 tbsp.

Method of preparation:

1. Cut the meat into slices, turn the top over with the fibers, and beat off.

2. Season with salt and pepper on both sides.

3. Beat the eggs with a fork and add a little salt.

4. Dredge each chop in flour, then dip in the egg mixture.

5. Fry the chops on both sides for 3-4 minutes over medium heat.
