You don't need to add a lot of different ingredients to make a really tasty and juicy barbecue. The marinade can be quite simple. What matters is what kind of meat to choose and how long to leave it in the marinade.

Ingredients:
- pork neck – 1200 g
- salt – 1 tbsp
- pepper – 1 tsp
- onions – 2 pcs
- purple onion – 1 pc
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the pork into large pieces. The neck is best because this meat is very juicy.
2. Cut the onion into quarters.
3. Add a little salt to get the juice flowing.
4. Season the meat with salt and pepper.
5. Stir, and add the onion.
6. Cover with cling film and leave to marinate in the refrigerator for a day.
7. Light a fire.
8. After the wood has burned through and the heat is good, put the meat on skewers.
9. Turn the meat periodically during frying.
